I may be considered an "Out-of-Network" provider with some insurance companies. In that instance, I can provide you with a Superbill after payment is received, that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that requirements may differ for insurance companies.

New Client: Comprehensive Initial Evaluation​ $375
Pertinent information will be gathered for assessment. We will discuss acceptance into practice versus referral to alternative provider, diagnoses, and treatment plan.​​

Existing Client: Medication Management with Psychotherapy
Complexity Dependent- $100 to $150
Add-on psychotherapy up to 30 minutes- $50
Add-on psychotherapy up to 45 minutes- $75

We will discuss medications, as well as focus on brief psychotherapy, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Supportive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and/or Mindfulness.
Cancellation/No Show fee is $100 without 24 hour notice.
Rates may be discussed, depending on insurance reimbursement and individual circumstances.
